In early 2004, Cherry Creek Builders, a large Midwestern residential real estate developer, was expanding and had identified that its name no longer aptly described the depth of the company’s capabilities, services or sophistication.

Cherry Creek asked Beacon Branding to strategize and create a new corporate name and identity that would position the company according to the growth they had already enjoyed as well as the for the many future successes before them.
